Trying to get Organized

I have never been a type A organized person. One of my goals this year is to get better about meal prepping and packing lunches so that I can make my healthy eating journey even better for myself.

Unfortunately right now that is not completely the case.

I’m the kind of girl who wakes up 30 minutes before I need to run out the door and head to the office. Eating out at restaurants however is not as easy as it used to be and also too expensive in Chicago…

Anyways here is what I threw in an outdoor voices bag on my way out the door to eat this morning:

  • A banana
  • 5 strawberries in a sandwich bag
  • A bag of baby carrots
  • Any entire container of canola free hummus
  • A bag of nuts
  • Dairy-Free Yogurt
  • A bag of granola
