Hi I’m Jess! I was recently diagnosed with NAFLD. I created this website as my own health diary/a site to help others who also are changing how they eat to improve their health.
While all of these changes are catered to myself, I hope it is also helpful for others. My husband and I have always loved cooking so now together we have a new challenge with all of my new dietary restrictions. I hope these altered recipes will help others with their own health transitions.
